By Made Beautiful, a new  all-textures hair care company, is set to launch at Sally Beauty Supply and sallybeauty.com on Sept.1.   The first line, called True, is formulated with shea butter, honey, coconut and mango. The range is said to address the most common concerns for every hair type – straight 1B/C, wavy 2C, curly 3A/B, curly coily 3C, and coily 4B/C.
